SMART can provide an array of management services for its clients. Often facilities have younger inexperienced managers that have an extensive sports and recreation background but limited management experience. SMART can provide consulting advice and leadership for young managers teaching them valuable management techniques and skills including delegation, time management, customer service, human resources, etc.
SMART can also manage remotely through the use of CRM software and help owners hold management staff accountable for obtaining goals and objectives. SMART can also serve as an owner's rep for ownership groups that do not have a managing partner.
In unique circumstances SMART can serve as an interim GM until a replacement is found.
SMART Sports Facility Solutions was able to come and lead our facility onsite for a six week period then offsite for another six months. During this time Gary led us through our first full winter indoor soccer season and was instrumental in directing us through the application process for our liquor license.
